By accessing or using pay1emi.com (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
The Company acts strictly as an intermediary, digital facilitator, and financial consultancy platform between users and RBI-registered Banks/NBFCs. The Company is NOT a Bank, Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), or direct lender, and does not provide loans or credit directly. All lending decisions, loan approvals, interest rates, and loan tenures rest solely and independently with our partner Banks and NBFCs listed on our Platform.
- All financial profile information and details submitted by you on the Platform must be true, accurate, and updated.
- You provide explicit authorization to the Company to forward your self-declared details to our RBI-registered lending partners. You understand that these partner Banks/NBFCs may independently verify your information and credit history through authorized credit bureaus (such as CIBIL, Experian, etc.) as per RBI guidelines.
The Company provides preliminary consultancy and facilitation services only. PAY1EMI does not guarantee loan approval, credit disbursement, or pre-approved offers. Final approval depends entirely on your credit score, income eligibility, and the internal credit policies of the respective lending partner.
Our financial consultancy and loan facilitation services are 100% free of charge for all users. Any official processing fees, statutory charges, or interest rates levied by the lending partners are directly payable to the respective Bank/NBFC as per their terms.
The Company, its directors, and employees shall not be held liable for any loan rejections, delays in processing by the lenders, changes in interest rates, or any financial disputes/transactions arising between the User and the lending institution.
We are not responsible for website downtime, temporary technical failures, data transmission delays, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
All logos, brand names, unique content, and materials on pay1emi.com are owned by the Company.
Our Platform may contain links to our partner institutions or third-party web portals. We are not responsible for the independent content, terms, or privacy practices of any third-party websites.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any legal claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or the submission of false/inaccurate information on the Platform.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of this Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
